dondolina
design: Antonio Aricò
Dondolina is a rocking chair designed by Antonio Aricò, inspired by the colors of the Mediterranean sand, the shades of the lands that shape the Italian landscape, and the golden reflections of the summer sun. The evoked atmospheres create a scenario where time seems to stand still, and the breath becomes calm and deep.
The seat's base is conical and made with hand-cut rattan sticks assembled one by one by the craftsman. The armrest is made of bent cane, and the backrest is made of painted iron.
The seat cushion can be made in plain velvet, available in different colors, and in printed fabric with the designer's illustrations.
